GEOCONCEPT by Nomadia Recognized in 2021 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Field Service Management report
We have been recognized for the fourth time in this report. We consider that the mainstay of the brand-new Nomadia Group sees its Opti-Time Field Service field service management solution acknowledged as being among the most influential on the market.
Paris, October 6, 2021: GEOCONCEPT by Nomadia, the leading designer of geographical optimization technologies for professionals, announces that it has been ranked for the fourth consecutive year in the Gartner* “Field Service Management” Magic Quadrant. Gartner Inc. delivers actionable, objective insight to executives and their teams.
The report states, “Gartner analysts evaluate providers on their ability to convincingly articulate logical statements about current and future market direction, innovation, customer needs, and competitive forces, as well as how well they map to Gartner’s position. Ultimately, providers are rated on their understanding of how market forces can be exploited to create opportunity for themselves and their customers.”
“We are delighted to see our Opti-Time Field Service solution recognized in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for the fourth time. We believe it is highly placed and this recognition confirms the quality of our Saas field service management offering and our ability to provide ever more efficient SaaS solutions for our clients” says Fabien Bréget, CEO of GEOCONCEPT by Nomadia and of the Nomadia Group.
We believe that GEOCONCEPT by Nomadia was recognized in particular for the performance of its scheduling, simulation and integration features, as well as for the simplicity of its user interface and its route optimization module, which helps boost team productivity by between 20 and 30% compared with conventional solutions. More than 165,000 users have already been wowed by GEOCONCEPT, including many SMEs, but also prestigious companies such as Photomaton, Culligan, Mettler-Toledo, Air Liquide, Suez, Selecta, EDF (Dalkia) and Engie (Cofely and Home Services).
In June 2021, GEOCONCEPT joined forces with Danem and B&B Market, two complementary actors in the mobility space, to create Nomadia, the leading publisher of SaaS solutions for field professionals (salespeople, technicians, delivery personnel). Nomadia's ambition is to achieve a turnover of 20 million dollars in 2021, a growth of 15% compared with 2020.
*Gartner, “Magic Quadrant for Field Service Management” published 31 August 2021, by analysts Jim Robinson and Naved Rashid. Geoconcept was also recognized in this report in the year 2017, 2019 and 2020. The report was not published in the year 2018.
